Your Project

System produces more energy than your home consumes — surplus banks as Duke net-metering credit
Monthly payment
$161/ mo

By day, your panels run the home directly. Most days produce more than the home uses — and every surplus kilowatt-hour exports to the Duke grid.

By night — when production stops and the home keeps drawing — you draw that banked credit back from Duke. 1:1 net metering means a kilowatt-hour you sent at noon offsets a kilowatt-hour you pull at midnight, at the full retail rate.

About LightReach

Quick introduction to our partner.

Our right hand who has your back for this next chapter.

  1. 01

    Your rate is locked.

This is LightReach's core commitment: the rate you signed is the rate, for the full term. Duke's next general rate case is not your problem. Whatever the grid does, your number is the number on the agreement.

  2. 02

    20,000+ households. 30 states. $1.2B in capital.

More than 20,000 households are on a LightReach lease across 30 states, backed by $1.2 billion in capital raised in January 2025 to fund LightReach leases and PPAs like yours.

  3. 03

We make selling your house easier.

If you move, the lease transfers to the new homeowner at no fee — and they keep your same locked-in rate.

Your first year

What life looks like after activation.

Monitoring

One app on your phone — Enphase Enlighten. It shows production hour by hour and how much you have exported to Duke versus drawn back. We watch the system from our side too, and reach out if anything looks off.

Warranty

Your lease is your warranty. While LightReach owns the system, we monitor, maintain, and repair it. You don't pay for repairs, equipment, or labor — full term.

Service

If something looks off in the app — low production, an inverter offline — call Vanessa or the Solaria team. We send a technician. Most issues resolve in one visit.

Payments

Your first payment lands after the system is on — not before.

Until LightReach receives PTO from Duke, you owe nothing. Monthly auto-pay then starts the same day each month.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

If it's not from Vanessa or the Solaria team, it's not from Solaria.

Over the next few weeks — now that you've signed — other people will reach out: competitors with a "better offer," or scammers pretending to be Solaria, Duke Energy, or LightReach. It happens to every Florida household that signs solar. If a call, text, or door-knock didn't come from Vanessa or the team line below, it's not us. When in doubt, call the verified line.

THE ONLY LEGITIMATE SOLARIA CHANNELS

Save these contacts to your phone now — please. When Vanessa or the Solaria team calls, your phone will show their name instead of an unknown number you might ignore. That way you know it's actually us.

What you just did is worth talking about.

Breaking free from a monopoly and taking control of your power isn't a small move. If you have a friend or family member who's been thinking about it, they would want to see what a real welcome looks like. Send them yours — and if they sign with Solaria, we send you a $1,000 Visa gift card.

Have someone in mind? Pass us their name and phone — Vanessa gives them a real consult.
